In this week’s Cycling Weekly magazine – January 17 – we feature nine steps to planning your perfect year on the bike.
Most people have some sort of vague idea for what they want to achieve whether it’s simply lose weight and get fitter or something more specific such as improving racing times or finishing a key event.
Via our online survey we want to know how much planning you put into your riding and whether you have specific goals you are working toward.
The online survey will only take five minutes to complete and the results from the survey will be published in a future issue of Cycling Weekly.
