E-Commerce Administrator

The IPC Cycling Group is looking for a dynamic individual capable of driving the profitable growth of e-commerce activity through their online shop – which also handles online participant bookings for their series of cycling events.

This is a varied and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or equivalent to step up into this junior management role and to prove their commercial value within a large organisation. You will get to work on some of the most exciting and iconic media brands in the cycling market.

As the E-Commerce Administrator, you will report to the publishing director and be responsible for:
Online shop stock procurement
Managing all aspects of the online shop website and recommending functionality improvements
Managing the online / print shop marketing effort
Managing the shop profitability
Managing the orders received / data collection process
Managing a fulfilment team of one direct report (currently a job share being covered by 2 people)
Managing, monitoring and improving the overall customer experience
Producing regular financial analysis & reports
Uploading weekly advertiser content to the cycling websites
Monitoring website traffic performance and analysis

To be considered for this role, you must have:
Experience & Skills
Familiarity with website content management systems
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Experience and excellent knowledge of Excel for financial reporting
Experience of Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage, but not essential
Strong data analysis skills & knowledge of Google Analytics

Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
Commercially aware
Strong interpersonal / communication skills
Knowledge of the sports industry (particularly cycling) would be an advantage, but not essential
