This is it, our most comprehensive-ever sportive guide is published in this week’s issue of Cycling Weekly magazine (February 16), with 231 British events for you to enter in 2012.

We’re proud to include two of our own promotions, the Sandown Cyclone on April 22, plus the return of the Dorking Original Sportive on October 14.

Last year’s end-of-season promotion was such a success that it just had to be repeated but we didn’t want to wait eight months before we could invite you to ride with us again. So now there’s the Sandown event, held in conjunction with the Road Cycling Show at the famous Surrey racecourse in April.

Another exciting development means that both events will now be backed by Boardman Bikes with Chris himself lined-up to ride in October! If you ever wanted to ride with a Tour de France yellow jersey and Olympic champion, this is your chance.

With three distances to choose from, there’s no excuse to miss the Sandown Cyclone which offers a 35.5-mile ‘fun’ ride, 66-mile ‘standard’ route, or for the fittest, an 81-mile ‘epic’. Be sure you’ll be climbing many of Surrey steepest slopes including Leith Hill, White Down, Ranmore Common, Coombe Bottom and Pitch Hill.

Enter just now at www.cyclingweekly.com/sportives and I’ll see you there.
