Production company Dragonfly TV is looking for 100 fit cyclists to take part in a human power experiment for BBC1.

The new science documentary that will be aired in the Autumn is planning to put 100 cyclists on rollers and then see if they can produce enough electricity to power a number of common household appliances.

Those taking part will be asked to pedal in short bursts at range of speeds. FIlming takes place on September fifth and sixth in Milton Ernest, Bedfordshire.

If you’re interested, please contact Emma Hughes on 020 7033 3198 or pedalpower@dragonfly.tv. Each participant will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to confirm they’re fit to participate.
