Chris Lawless performs a very speedy bike change at the Tour Series, plus catch up with the latest videos from the world of two wheels

Chris Lawless (JLT-Condor) looked to be chasing back onto the group ahead when he came through the pits, but he was actually lining himself up for a bike change.

Dismounting, running, then remounting in one smooth motion he was soon on a new bike and riding back to the leaders.

In the end, his teammate Jon Mould won the day and JLT-Condor continue to lead the Tour Series.
