TOUR DE FRANCE 2007: STAGE 17 INFO
When: Thursday, July 26
Where: Pau-Castelsarrasin
Length: 188.5km
DESCRIPTION
This is a surprisingly lumpy stage, with six categorised climbs along its route. There are two reasons why the favourites will spend most of the day ambling along. First, the Pyrenees have just finished. Second, there is a major time trial in the offing. Chances are, the breaks will stick like a piece of spaghetti to a wall.
