Paris-Nice, the first major European stage race of the 2012 season, kicks off on Sunday, March 4, and finishes on Sunday, March 11.

The eight-day race runs from the north of France to the south, and is aptly nicknamed the Race to the Sun.

He was a highly valued colleague, and more importantly, an exceptional person to work with - his presence is sorely missed.
