British team for World Championships confirmed

Bradley Wiggins takes up the chase, Elite men's road race, Road World Championships 2011

British Cycling has announced the final list of GB riders taking part in the 2012 UCI Road World Championships in Limburg, Netherlands, over September 16-23.

There are no major surprises in the line-up, with a nine-man road race team that includes 2011 world champ Mark Cavendish, Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome. Jonathan Tiernan-Locke makes his GB road race debut on a course that could suit his climbing talents.
