Sports nutrition brand Etixx is to launch its products on the UK market, promising to improve five areas of an athletes ability.
Etixx, lead sponsor of Mark Cavendish’s Etixx – Quick-Step, will bring five ranges to market, including nutrition gels, bars, shakes and powders, as well as vitamins and supplements.
The Belgian brand says its products will support an athletes health, strength, endurance, performance and recovery, with every item in the range having undergone at least three years of testing before hitting the shelves.
The brand claims its products are tested against the World Anti-Doping Agency list of banned substance and also against 160 further substances its experts believe could be banned in the future.
With gel flavours such as peach, red fruits and lime, Etixx is clearly targeting cyclists with varied tastebuds, while its choclolate covered caramel recovery bars are sure to be a hit for those with a sweet tooth.
