Rob Partridge (Velosure-Giordana) went from being dropped to taking victory in the 32nd Jock Wadley Memorial Road Race in Essex on Sunday.

The 28-year-old from Leeds found the pace in the race long breakaway tough, and with three kilometres remaining fell back from the leaders.
