Surely one of us has got it right?

It’s a long and sacred tradition here at Cycling Weekly: on the eve of the Tour de France, the entire office takes part in a prediction game that guarantees three weeks of taunts, teasing, shame and — for one clever/lucky staffer — eventual glory.

The rules of the game are simple: predict the top 10 GC finishers, plus the winners of the green and polka dot jerseys. There’s three points for getting a rider in the correct position, and one point for top 10 finishers in an incorrect position, and for correctly guessing the points and KoM winners.

Fancy a go? Put your predictions in the comments below.

For the record, Nairo Quintana is very much the pick of the CW crew – 15 of the 26 players picked the Colombian to claim top spot in Paris. Six have opted for Team Sky’s Chris Froome, three for Alberto Contador and two for defending champion Vincenzo Nibali.

Here’s a selection of our experts’ predictions for the podium, so you can come back and laugh at us in three weeks’ time.
