A total of 22 teams will line up to take part in the 2011 Tour de France on Saturday, July 2.

Eighteen of the squads are UCI Pro Team squads and the remaining four – all French Professional Continental outfits – were handed wildcard places by race organiser ASO.

Each team comprises of nine riders, bringing the total number of competitors to 198.
