How to combat neck pain caused by cycling

Physiotherapist and competitive cyclist Nicole Oh explains how you can manage and avoide neck pain after long rides

Google searches for neck pain, and back pain, caused by cycling go through the roof every Monday morning - and that’s because they’re both extremely common complaints among recreational cyclists. 

However, pain is not something we need to ‘put up with’, and we certainly shouldn’t consider a sore neck a normal Monday morning byproduct of a good weekend ride.
