Fit-For coaching is holding a training workshop on Saturday October 18 that includes expert advice on sports nutrition and bike set-up.

Dan Lloyd, who will be riding for Carlos Sastre at the Cervelo test team in 2009, will also be present to answer questions and dish out some wisdom from the pro peloton.

The four-hour workshop will also include a presentation given by charity CRY on Cardiac health and a VO2 max test demonstration.

The day will conclude with a social ride to Box Hill. Tickets cost £30. The venue is Nescot centre for sports development, Banstead Road, Ewell, Surrey. KT17 3DS.
