Participation in the CW BMC Bike Raffle for Qhubeka costs £5 per ticket.
To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must make a donation at https://www.givengain.com/ap/cycling-weekly-raising-funds-for-qhubeka-uk-ltd and make a minimum donation of £5 or multiples thereof for additional tickets.
To purchase extra tickets you can make a donation that is a multiple of £5 – i.e. £10 – 2 tickets, £15 – 3 tickets etc. or make an additional £5 donation before the draw date.
There are £20,000 worth of raffle tickets to purchase, any payment received which takes the total over this value or that is received after the draw date will be treated as a donation to Qhubeka UK.
CW BMC Bike Raffle for Qhubeka is open internationally, to everyone over the age of 16.
No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.
Once your donation has gone through, tick the box alongside “I agree to receive communication from GivenGain “. GivenGain can then share your contact details with us so that your name is entered into the prizedraw. Without these details, the organiser will be unable to allocate the prize.
The prize-winning raffle ticket will be drawn randomly on April 30th.
The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Where the organiser is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six weeks following the first attempt to notify the prize-winner, the prize will be allocated to another ticket drawn at random.
The winner may be required, where deemed appropriate, to provide proof of age when requested.
In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, the organisers reserve the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred.
Where the organisers deem it appropriate and/or feasible the organiser will notify entrants of the error.
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry.
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
