Team Sky’s Tour Down Under leader Richie Porte is riding one of the team’s standard Pinarello Dogma F8 bikes during the opening WorldTour race of the 2015 season – which is where we caught up with him to take these shots.
Porte’s machine uses Sky’s standard build for its road race machines: a black Dogma F8 frame adorned with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 drivetrain, Dura-Ace wheels and Pro finishing kit.
Porte’s compact-looking bike is a necessity to accommodate his 5 foot 8 inch stature, and the front end is very low, with no spacers between the top of headtube and the stem.
