Women’s Keirin win for Vogel

German track star, and multiple World Champion, Kristina Vogel was on top form in the Keirin final at the recent World Cup event in Cali, Colombia.

Biding her time and then using a competitor as a lead out, she won the event with relative ease.

Comedy thief

This hapless would-be bicycle thief spent a full 17 minutes trying to steal a bike in Washington State, USA.

Passing cars didn’t seem to deter him and was only when the police arrived that he scarpered.

Sagan’s skills in slow-mo

We are all familiar with Peter Sagan’s bike handling skills, from super fast descents in stage races to celebratory wheelies and riding onto the roof of a team car.

This is why we cycle to work

The clip was released by the Spanish Department for Transport and takes a comical look at the frustrations faced by those choosing to drive to work, and really sums up why many of us opt for two wheels rather than four.
