Nacer Bouhanni was provisionally award the win on stage two of Paris-Nice on Tuesday, but after reviewing the footage the commissaires relegated him to third for an irregular sprint.

Straight on, the sprint didn’t look too bad but once photographs were released it soon became clear how wayward the riders had gone.

The above video shows amazing bike handling by both Bouhanni and Michael Matthews, who was awarded the stage win, and it’s hard to believe that they both stay upright and came away unscathed.

Driver tries to push cyclist

Headcams often capture poor driving, swearing motorists and pedestrians stepping out without checking the road’s clear. But this one is a bit different.

The driver of the white BMW can be seen pulling across to the wrong side of the road and leaning out towards the cyclist, who says that the driver attempted to push him from his bike.
