British sprint ace Mark Cavendish won the most races in 2009, with his Columbia-HTC squad taking top honours for professional wins by team.

Columbia-HTC's dominance of the racing scene was so complete that riders from the US squad placed first, second and third in the list of 2009 'wins by rider' compiled by Cycle Sport magazine.
