Priced at £119.99, Blackburn couldn?t be shy of functions with its Neuro 6.0, especially when you consider that even the cheapest bike computers seem to be packed with features.
Luckily it has not disappointed, with a ton of useful training data being collected wirelessly via the 2.4 GHz link. As well as the usual mandatory stuff, the Neuro 6.0 also gives you cadence, heart rate, an altimeter, and total weekly and monthly ride hours.
There is also some clever software working behind the scenes here, enabling automatic bike recognition for two bikes and logging cumulative data for each bike separately. The screen is large enough to display and easily read four lines of data, it?s backlit and has a nifty ?race mode? that eliminates all but the bare essentials for competition.
Set-up is made effortless by the unit being pre-programmed, supposedly negating the need for calibration, and you can rest easy with the Blackburn ?no quibble? lifetime warranty.
