The Bellroy All-Conditions wallet offers water-resistance in a slim zipped pouch which can hold up to 12 cards along with some notes and coins.
Bellroy wallets have always tested well with us here at Cycling Weekly. They offer practical solutions to carrying your essentials in a sleek and attractive package.
Three internal pockets keep the contents organised with frequently used cards and money kept separate from the bulk of your cards. However, the third pocket has a high cut so that if you stick cards or money in that pocket it is often hard to access them as the zip gets in the way.
The slightly bulky zip is there for a reason, though: to help keep water out. Since cyclists rarely immerse themselves completely, the All-Conditions wallet does not need to be totally waterproof – it is made of leather, after all – but it does keep out sweat and water ingress from rain and road spray from the rear wheel.
Previous tests on Bellroy products have shown good durability and I think over time this wallet will be the same. The zip is sturdy and the inner fabric hasn’t scratched or damaged my cards.
This is a premium product and if, like me, you like minimum fuss and prefer one wallet that can go riding with you whilst not looking out of place at the pub, then Bellroy’s All-Conditions wallet is a great choice. It comes in a number of colours too.
Bellroy's All-Conditions wallet is a great piece. I use it for everything from riding, commuting and normal everyday use. Bellroy has mixed form and function very well. It is pricey at £59.99 but it is a premium product and well worth the outlay.
