Boasting both Olympic gold and world titles, the AIR range is what can only be described as Boardman’s racing machine.

Having taken five years of meticulous refining and tweaking to deliver, Boardman says the AIR frameset is now more efficient and aero than ever before — perfect for either rolling road racing, fast-paced crits or even flat-out time trials.

The high-performance Boardman AIR Women’s package is made using C10 carbon, Boardman’s own high modulus carbon which has high stiffness to weight ratios.

This, along with proprietary tubing profiles, designed to cut through wind and reduce drag at a wide degree of yaw (the angle of drag forces on a rider), and hidden front and rear TRP brakes, all deliver optimal aerodynamics.

However, Boardman knows that slipperiness alone doesn’t create a fast bike, and that rider comfort and bike handling are just as important, so the AIR Women’s bike comes with a four-position seatpost, which allows you to adjust between a 73° and 75° seat tube angle, enabling you to get the most comfortable fit for you.

A tapered full carbon fork increases front-end stiffness and steering precision, while a one-piece chainstay and pressfit 30 bottom bracket provide a wide and super-stiff rear end, transferring every pedal revolution into forward propulsion.

With the Boardman AIR Women’s frameset and Shimano Dura-Ace 9000/FSA SLK drivetrain mirroring the standard Boardman AIR 9.2, it’s the contact points that have been dialled for a women-specific fit, coming with a women’s Prologo saddle, 90cm stem, narrow 380mm bars and 165 cranks.

It’s worth noting that a smaller XS is also available, with a conventional top tube length of 50cm to fit riders between 155cm and 167cm in height.

The AIR is an aero race bike ready to take on whatever road discipline you throw at it.
