In the third episode of our ‘Secrets of the toolbox’ video series we catch-up with Richard Lambert, mechanic for British UCI Continental team, JLT-Condor.
The team, which has been running in various guises since 2004, are regular a feature at the city centre criterium races in the Tour Series, while they also took part in the inaugural ASO stage, the Tour de Yorkshire this year.
Mechanic to the likes of Olympic champion Ed Clancy and former British National Road Race Champion Kristian House, we found out from Lambert who was the most demanding rider he’s worked with and which race makes his job the hardest.
