In one of the most beautiful cycling videos you will watch in 2016, the guys at Maloja Pushbikers give us their perspective of their first Six Day race in London in October.

Founded in 2014, the Pushbikers are regulars at the Revolution Series track events around the UK, but Six Day London was their first multi-day event, with Stefan Schäfer and Christian Grasman finishing 11th in the general classification.

The video that Maloja Pushbikers have put together captures the sights and sounds of London as the riders arrive from Germany to their first Six Day.

Once they enter the velodrome, though, and hear the roars of the packed crowd the racing action kicks off.

It captures the lows of defeat and the highs of victory in the velodrome, in one of the most demanding events in the sport. Racing numerous times each night for six consecutive nights is no easy feat, but that’s the fun of Six Day racing.
