Top British teams including Team Raleigh and Team UK Youth and will be taking part in the Metaltek Grand Prix in Leicestershire this Bank Holiday Monday.
The 133km race will take the 80 riders around six laps of the Harby Hill circuit, near Melton Mowbray on August 26.
Riders from Rapha Condor JLT, IG Sigma Sport, Node4 Giordana, MG Maxifuel, and the organisers' own Metaltek-Knights of Old team will also appear. The annual event will start at 10am and riders will compete for the race win as well as the king of the mountains points classification.
Previous winners include Dean Downing (Madison-Genesis) who has twice won the event.
Three days left to enter Dave Creasy Six
There are still places available to enter the Dave Creasy Six at Herne Hill Velodrome, on September 15, with only three days left until entries close. This will be the third year the event has been held, in honour of Herne Hill coach Dave Creasy.
Inspired by the Belgian Ghent Six track race, which Creasy loved, the day will feature a six hour programme from 11am until 5pm which includes a youth race, madison events and support races
Described as an authentic day out ‘Belgie style', entry is free for spectators who can also enjoy the music and food and drink on offer all day.

Lottery funding for Coalville Wheelers Cycling Club
A Leicestershire cycling club, which has a history going back more than 80 years, has been awarded £50,000 of National Lottery funding to help improve its facilities.
Coalville Wheelers Cycling Club in Griffydam, Leicestershire is one of 1,300 local sport projects to be awarded lottery funding from Sport England as part of its Olympic and Paralympic legacy programme.
The money will be used to replace the wooden clubhouse, which was originally bought more than 40 years ago.
Club Chairman, Greg Hodges, said he hoped the money would help get more people into cycling. "This money will assist Coalville Wheelers Cycling Club in improving their facilities which will be used as a base for racing, coaching for youngsters and other community cycling events."
Watch the Tour of Britain in Cumbria
Cumbrian cycling fans will be able to watch race action from the Tour of Britain on a large television screen being put up when the race visits in September.
Stage two of the eight day race will pass through Keswick,
Cumbria on Monday September 15 and after cheering the riders on as they go past, supporters will be able to watch the rest of the stage unfold on the screen in Keswick.
The event is part of a ‘weekend of cycling' that also includes the Jennings River Ride on Sunday September 14. This is a series of four charity rides, expected to attract more than 1,000 cyclists.
Cheryl Frost, Director of Rather Be Cycling, who have teamed up with Fluid Productions and Cumbria Tourism for the event said: "Keswick is really the perfect hub for loads of great rides and the town is at the heart of the action for the Tour of Britain's Cumbria stage this year."
Meet the IG Sigma Sport team
Fans will get the chance to take part in a Q&A with IG Sigma Sport ahead of their participation in this year's Tour of Britain.
Daniel Lloyd, former professional cyclist and current assistant directeur sportif at IG Sigma, will be hosting the evening with some of the team's riders on Thursday September 5, discussing the season so far and their expectations for the race.
The evening's events will start at 6.30pm at the IG Sigma Sport store in Hampton Wick, Kingston.
There will also be a chance to enter into a ballot to join the Sigma Sport team when they ride part of the Tour of Britain Surrey route on September 6. Details of how to enter for a place on the 'Test the Tour' event will be released on the team's website.
Places available for Cycling Weekly sportives
There are still places to enter until into the two upcoming Cycling Weekly sportives.
The Malvern Mad-Hatter Sportive takes place on September 1, with a route that goes through the three counties of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. There are three alternative routes available, the 104 mile, 74 mile or 46 mile events and as well as tackling Malvern Hill, riders will get to enjoy views of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.
Entries are also being taken for the Box Hill Original sportive on October 13, with 103 mile, 80 mile and 44 mile routes on offer. All take in the famous Box Hill climb, while the two longer routes also include Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and White Down.
