World number one cyclist Nicole Cooke will be at the Chelsea Harbour Club next Tuesday for 'an evening with', and tickets are only available to Cycling Weekly readers. The evening, hosted by her sponsors EAS and Lifeforce, will be attended by the media and a few members of the public.
Cooke will give a presentation reflecting on her 2006 season, as well as host a 'question and answer' session before food and drink are served at the end of the evening.
The informal evening comes just two days after Cooke features in BBC's Sports Personality of the Year. After almost complete domination of the women's international road racing scene, Cooke has made the ten-strong shortlist for this Sunday's show. The winner will be decided via public vote on the night.
Just forty tickets are now on sale for the evening at the Chelsea Harbour Club via this website (click here) or by ringing 020 8726 8403. Tickets cost just £12 and will be sold on a first come first served basis.
