Perrett wins Rudy Project time trial round five

Round five of the RTTC-Rudy Project Series went to Joe Perrett (PCA Ciclos Uno), who covered a 32-mile Great Whitley course, in Worcestershire, in 1-10-31 for a decisive winning margin of nearly three minutes.

Behind him, the next three riders were covered by a single second with current series leader Jeff Jones ( edging second place in 1-13-29 by the minimum margin over Wouter Sybrandy (Team IG-Sigma Sport) and pre-race favourite Matt Bottrill ( who tied for second in 1-13-30.
