Genuine Innovations Campione review

The Campione is pleasing on the eye, as much as a track pump can be, but falls short of the excellent level of performance we've come to expect from Genuine Innovations inflation products.

Retro-styled pumps are usually made of sturdy stuff, but the Campione's pretty featherweight.
That's good if you intend to transport it anywhere, but it's rather flimsy in use, especially once you start shoving a bit harder to reach high pressures.
The gauge claims it'll go to 260psi, hardly a key selling point given how rare this requirement is, and the downside is the scale on the gauge is less clear with so many digits.
The brass connector is, well, top brass though, and the hose is nice and long too. The beautifully sculpted and varnished handle is another slight disappointment, as it's simply not comfy to use.
