Electric bikes are for everyone. They open up the opportunity to ride to those who may not be able to ride an acoustic bike, whether due to age, for medical or other reasons. You get to see more and ride further thanks to their pedal assistance, they’re more environmentally friendly, and cycling in general is good for mental health.

The Nomads Pro, Fiido’s first mid-drive e-bike, is designed to do it all. No matter your age, ability or ride preference, this highly capable bike is ready for anything: ride it to the office in the week and into the hills at the weekend. It provides freedom across all terrain, expanding the possibilities for adventure, and has a huge range thanks to an option to fit up to three batteries. For the eco-conscious, this electric bike limits the need to drive or take public transport, supporting a more sustainable lifestyle.

Stable smooth ride

With an aluminium XC-style frame, the Nomads Pro offers a stable, confidence-inspiring ride feel. It’s lightweight and durable, with a clean, smart look that’s clearly been designed and created with great attention to detail. The geometry is comfortable enough not only for commuting but also for bigger cycling adventures. Up front is 120mm of travel, which smooths out rough terrain, but can be locked out when required for greater pedalling and climbing efficiency.

Fitted with a dependable Shimano 9-speed drivetrain for smooth shifting, there are plenty of gears for the ups and downs, the smoothest tarmac, and the roughest trails. 4-piston hydraulic discs are easily capable of handling the braking forces of an electric bike, maximising safety and control in dry and wet conditions.

29x2.1” tyres with an aggressive tread further stabilise the ride, increasing traction and helping you maintain momentum over rocks and roots.

Ride further

One of the highlights of this bike is the ability to ride further. A single 417.6Wh battery is perfect for the daily commute, with a range of 46 miles (75km), but when you want to ride longer distances, you can add a battery rack and an extra two batteries and pedal for up to 140 miles (225km) before a recharge is required — that’s a decent day on the bike so you don’t have to worry about running out of power. This incredibly versatile system allows you to keep weight down for shorter trips, and load up when required.

Big torque, smooth power distribution

The Nomads Pro is Fiido’s first e-bike with a mid-drive motor. As the motor is fitted centrally in the bottom bracket, the pedals are powered directly so power is delivered more smoothly than a hub-based motor. This configuration, along with a high 100Nm of torque, makes the bike ideal for carrying heavy loads, accelerating fast and tackling big climbs that may otherwise feel overwhelming. This could be on a bikepacking adventure in the mountains or simply on a hilly commute. The torque sensor, which measures force through the cranks, provides extremely natural-feeling assistance. The entire system is IP54 rated water-resistant so you can be sure it won’t fail on you in even the wettest or dustiest conditions.

A central colour display puts all your data right in front of you, so you can view your stats safely while riding along.

Feature packed

A versatile bike that’s designed to be the perfect commuting, exploring and touring companion, it’s packed with features and details to make every ride safer and more comfortable.

Most importantly is the ability to dial in your fit. The seatpost and handlebars are adjustable, so you can get your saddle height and reach just right. Feeling like you’re in a comfortable position is very important for preventing pain and fatigue, particularly on bigger rides.

The bike has a 120kg load limit (including the rider) and a rear rack, so you can add panniers and pack in all your kit for a bikepacking adventure, or store your laptop securely on the daily commute.

There are powerful front and rear lights included, maximising your visibility day and night, and when you need to pop into a shop, the Horseshoe frame lock can put your mind at ease that your bike is safe. Integrated mudguards prevent a soaking from road spray and dirty bike paths so you can arrive at your destination clean and fresh.
