Jason MacIntyre?s Cervelo TT is all about speed. A look on his computer at the maximum for his last time trial is enough to prove that. It?s 48.1 miles per hour!

The bike is equipped with a Dura Ace groupset, bar the FSA chainrings (the big one is a 55) and FSA ceramic bearing bottom bracket.

An Extreme carbon disc and tri-spoke front wheel are shod with Continental tubulars; a 22mm Tempo on the back and a 19mm Olympic, which is a track tub really, on the front. He inflates these to tremendous pressures when he?s racing.

MacIntyre has improved his pedalling by applying the ?mind-muscle link?, a visualisation technique.
