Where to watch the Ruta del Sol 2015

Full listings of where to catch the world's best climbers in early season action

Some of cycling’s best climbers, including Chris Froome (Team Sky) and Alberto Contador (Tinkoff-Saxo), will compete against each other for the first time this season as they take on the Ruta del Sol in Andalucia this week.

This will be the first time Contador has ridden the five-day Spanish stage race in his career, while Froome is using the race as an alternative starting point to his usual early season appearance at the Tour of Oman.

There’s no fewer than ten WorldTour teams at this year’s edition of the Ruta del Sol, with likes of Bauke Mollema (Trek Factory Racing), Romain Bardet (Ag2r-La Mondiale) and Wilco Kelderman (LottoNL-Jumbo) all aiming to find some climbing form and possibly some early season glory.

Eurosport will be the sole broadcaster in the UK with coverage starting on Wednesday, February 18 for the time trial on stage 1b.

You can find full listings for the Ruta del Sol TV coverage below, while you can get full details of the race with our preview and dedicated page.
