Michal Kwiatkowski customises his Pinarello Dogma for his birthday (video)
Former World Champion Michal Kwiatkowski decks his bike out with rainbow streamers and a pinwheel to celebrate his 26th birthday

We've seen a few cool custom paint jobs for pro bikes over the years, but the additions that Michal Kwiatkowski made to his bike for his 26th birthday will take some beating.
The Pole, who rides for Team Sky, decked his Pinarello Dogma out with rainbow streamers tied around the handlebars and wrapped around the top tube as an homage to his World Championship win in 2014.
He also attached a fun little spinning pinwheel to his stem to really top off the look as he went for a training ride. In the video he thanks his fans for the birthday messages they've sent for him.

Kwiatkowski is preparing to support Chris Froome at the Critérium du Dauphiné, which starts on Sunday. The former Etixx-Quick Step rider has enjoyed a mixed start to his career with Sky, winning E3 Harelbeke but struggling at the Ardennes Classics.
He is likely to play a part in Froome's squad for the Tour de France in July - a race where he finished 11th overall in 2013.
