Rafal Majka to ride Tour de France and Vuelta a España in 2015
Rafal Majka will assist Alberto Contador in his attempt to win the Tour de France, before leading Tinkoff-Saxo at the Vuelta a España.

Rafal Majka wins stage seventeen of the 2014 Tour de France
Tinkoff-Saxo climber Rafal Majka will ride alongside team leader Alberto Contador in the Tour de France in 2015, before possibly leading the team at the Vuelta a España.
The Pole took the King of the Mountains polka dot jersey at the 2014 Tour, winning stages 14 and 17 en route to a 181-point haul.
With Contador attempting to win both the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France double this season, Majka swaps the Italian race, where he finished sixth last year, for the Vuelta, where he will likely be Tinkoff’s GC contender.
The 25-year-old is unlikely to return home to the Tour of Poland, which he won last August as he ramps up his preparations for an assault on the Vuelta’s red jersey.
Majka will start his season at the Tour of Oman, before returning to Europe for Paris-Nice. The Pole will tackle all three Ardennes classics before building up to the Tour with the Tours de Romandie and Suisse.
