Peter Sagan shows off his bike handling skills on Courchevel ski slope (video)

Tinkoff-Saxo's Peter Sagan takes to the Courchevel ski slope to show some pretty impressive skills on a fat bike

It turns out that it’s not just on the road where Peter Sagan can throw down some impressive skills on a bike, the world champion took to the snow in the French ski resort of Courchevel to show off on an ice bike.

The Tinkoff-Saxo rider took advantage of being surrounded by snow in Courchevel, where his team revealed their 2016 kit 24-hours earlier, by doing some wheelies and skids in the finish area of a skiing event that was taking place on Sunday.

I have to admit, the video isn’t as exciting as we had hoped it would be, with Sagan rumoured to be riding down the entire giant slalom ski course on the bike, but team owner Oleg Tinkov’s insurance policy presumably didn’t cover winter sports.

That didn’t stop the Tinkoff riders getting out on their skis over the weekend, with the likes of Alberto Contador, Ivan Basso and Rafal Majka taking to the slopes.
