After doping cases last year that nearly stopped the team, Astana faces more problems on the eve of the Tour de France.

Dutchman Lars Boom, helper for defending champion Vincenzo Nibali, returned a test showing low cortisol levels and cannot start the race because the team is part of the anti-doping movement, MPCC.
