The Select Road shoes come up quite small — more so in length than in width — so you may need to go up a size.
Sizing issues aside, the fit is good and despite the lack of a mechanical ratchet, achieving a snug fit with the broad Velcro straps isn’t an issue — if anything it’s actually quite easy to over-tighten them.
Despite the sole looking quite raised, the stack height is respectable at just 7mm. The overall quality is very high, and these shoes have thus far proved to be very durable. Reflective ‘Pearl’ on left shoe and ‘Izumi’ on the right is a neat safety touch.
