These shorts were extremely effective at transferring moisture. Less effective, though, were the grippers.

Grippers performed poorly
The Craft Performance pad has so many thicknesses, sections and wings, it can take a few moments to wrestle it into the perfect position.
It's comfortable once in place, though. Three thick seams running down the lower thigh into the gripper is distracting, but they're flat enough not to chafe.
