Part of Fizik’s I.C.S range of accessories designed to seamlessly attach to compatible Fizik saddles, we put the Fizik I.C.S. Saddle Pak to the test
Just about big enough to fit a spare tube, multitool and a very small CO2 inflator, the Fizik I.C.S. Saddle Pak is a neat little pack with a drop down design. The hinged back section is accessed via a waterproof zip allowing full and easy access to the contents.
The I.C.S. (Integrated Clip System) is a simple solution to attaching accessories to a Fizik saddle. As well as saddle bags, lights and other accessories are available. The Fizik I.C.S. Saddle Pak’s mounting system fits into the slot hidden behind the logo on the saddle’s base. There is an allen key adjustment for the angle of the bag, although once it was initially tightened I never felt the need to fiddle with the angle.

The pack fits unobtrusively behind the saddle and when clipped in place remained silent throughout my time testing it. The material the Fizik I.C.S. Saddle Pak is made from is sturdy and waterproof with neat reflective accents; however the seams are not waterproof so water will get in.
The grey colour of the pack also means that dirt is more obvious so if you are concerned by appearances you will need to clean it more regularly. The Fizik I.C.S. Saddle Pak is also available with a standard strap fitment so riders without an appropriate saddle can still utilise the design.
A great value bag if you just want to carry smaller items, especially if you currently own a Fizik saddle.
A neat solution if you happen to use Fizik saddles. The design eliminates any rub and the I.C.S. design is quick and easy to fit or remove. For such a well thought out bag the price is exceptionally reasonable.
