Cycling Weekly's tech team is currently at the Eurobike show in Friedrichschafen, Germany, checking out next year's bikes and kit.

The show is one of the biggest in the world and is often the first chance to catch of glimps of all the 2010 kit. British fans of bike tech will have to wait a little longer for the Cycle Show in Earls Court next month.Tickets are available through the official website.

Here we bring you a selection of what's new - check back often, because we'll be updating the article with more new kit throughout the show.

All new shoes from French manufacturer Carnac. 2x4 closure strap uses magnets to hold the clasp down with a ratchet on the outside of the foot to adjust the length. Fast removal and it does up to exactly the same place you last had it set. Two patents applied for

Reynolds has teamed up with Paul Lew of Lew Racing to create the RZR 46T wheelset. A rival to Lightweight, the wheelset weight is 875g. The rim includes a 'trip strip' where the spokes enter the rim: this strengthens the rim but also, importantly, reduces wind drag when in crosswinds.

Zipp's new 101 has a full toroidal rim, so the brake surface is curved just like the 808. $1,300 US retail price, alloy rim, Sapim X-ray spokes, 88, 188 hubs (top of the line) and the same aero properties as the 202. 1484 grams

Time bikes has launched an all-new machine at Eurobike. It joins the French production line so incorporates the tried-and-tested RTM construction technology. Named the RX Instinct, it has what looks like a one-piece moulded front triangle with a massive, for Time, bottom bracket shell (below) and an aero-profile seatpost.

Colnago Master 55 Limited Edition, a 55 year celebration, 99 units worldwide, FSA integrated bar, frame is gold plated where the normal Master is chrome, and the head badge is hall marked silver
