This weekend’s Spin London (May 8-10) offers up a varied menu of the latest bikes, cycling talks, clothing, food, art, music and general cycling-related goodness billed as an ‘urban bike show’.
Taking place in the Sorting Office, on New Oxford Street in London, from Friday May 8 to Sunday May 10, the show has moved on considerably from its humble roots in an East London basement in 2013.
The show’s lengthy list of exhibitors occupy the ground floor of the Sorting Office, whilst the basement is taken up by a subterranean test track for your to try out various machines. Exhibitors include Rapha, Mango Bikes, Quella, Cinelli, Vulpine, Brompton, Hiplok, Velowland, Canyon and many more – the full list is available on the Spin London website.
Donhou Bicycles are running a live frame-building workshop, where you can see a bike taking shape from a pile of tubes and components.
Road Bike Party star Martyn Ashton, cycling legend Eileen Sheridan, TV presenter and author Ned Boulting and Cycling Weekly‘s own Hannah Reynolds are among those giving talks and presentations over the show’s three days.
