Teenage driver charged over death of Major Gareth Rhys-Evans

Katie Hart, a 19-year-old from St Neots, has been charged in connection with the death of Major Gareth Rhys-Evans who was fatally injured by a car when taking part in Icknield RC "25" on the A1 in Bedfordshire on Sunday morning, May 3.

Hart, of Lakeland Avenue, Little Paxton, appeared at Huntingdon Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday, August 20), to face a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
