Already forgotten the names and performances of some of our glorious medal winners? Fear not, there's a lot to remember - eight golds, 14 medals in total.

Here's a run down of all Great Britain's medal winning performances from the cycling team. From Nicole Cooke's gold in the road race that kicked it all off, to Chris Hoy's gold in the men's sprint, his third overall.

The first track gold goes to Great Britain?s team sprint trio. Chris Hoy, Jamie Staff and Jason Kenny. They batter the French into submission with a new world?s best time.

Chris Newton rides a very shrewd points race to win a bronze medal in one of the least predictable events on the programme.

Steven Burke scores the most unexpected of bronze medals. The 20-year-old was only told the morning before the qualifying round he was even in the individual pursuit. Then he beat a man 15 years his senior, Volodymyr Dyudya of Ukraine, in the bronze medal race.

Bradley Wiggins, the hot, hot favourite for the individual pursuit delivers the goods in fine style. He broke his own Olympic record on the way to the final.

Two events down, two golds in the bag. Chris Hoy wins the Keirin title with plenty to spare. Imperious is the word that springs to mind.

Rebecca Romero?s transformation from silver medal-winning rower to gold medal-winning cyclist is complete as she wins the individual pursuit title.

Another British one-two as Wendy Houvenaghel takes the silver after setting up an all-British pursuit final.

The story of the team pursuit as Ed Clancy, Paul Manning, Geraint Thomas and Bradley Wiggins scorch to gold and a new world record against the Danes.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 19 12.20pm

Victoria Pendleton won what was almost a one-sided sprint competition. She was that good. Never in trouble, gold never in doubt. A supreme display of speed throughout.

Chris Hoy does his chances of a knighthood no harm at all with his third gold medal of the Games in the sprint.

The man Hoy beat in the sprint final was the revelation of the Olympics ? Jason Kenny. Still only 20, and the only man to really worry Hoy in the competition.
