Yorkshire 2014 Tour de France stage routes revealed next week
Details of the opening stages of the 2014 Tour de France in Yorkshire will be officially unveiled in a public ceremony on Thursday, January 17, in Leeds.
'La Nuit du Tour' will be a celebration of Yorkshire's successful bid to host the Grand Depart of the 2014 Tour held outside the Town Hall in Leeds between 6 and 7pm.
Organisers promise as evening of entertainment, fireworks, famous faces and the revealing of the exact route of the three opening stages of the 2014 Tour.
Leeds will host the Grand Depart on July 5, with the following day's road stage also in Yorkshire on July 6. The race then travels south for a third British stage on July 7, finishing in London before the race travels to France.
