Geraint Thomas the penultimate man off in Friday's Volta ao Algarve time trial
The 18km time trial in Sagres will likely not be decisive in the Volta ao Algarve but Geraint Thomas could move into the leader's jersey on stage three
Geraint Thomas (Team Sky) could move into the overall lead at the Volta ao Algarve after the stage three time trial, where the Welshman is among the favourites to win the stage.
Thomas will face stiff competition for the stage win, with the likes of Tony Martin (Etixx-Quick Step), Fabian Cancellara (Trek-Segafredo) and Alex Dowsett (Movistar) also present in Portugal.
Unfortunately this race doesn't seem to be on television at all, so you won't be able to see your favourite riders actually doing the time trial, but here are the times they will hit the 18km stage.
Selected riders:
12:46:00 Matthias Brandle (Swi) IAM Cycling
13:45:00 Alex Dowsett (GBr) Movistar
14:22:00 Fabian Cancellara (Swi) Trek-Segafredo
