Warwickshire Police are trying to trace a cyclist who was involved in a collision with a 71-year-old woman, who later died of her injuries.
The incident took place in Bush Heath Lane, Harbury on November 19 at around 12.30pm, but was only reported to the police three days later.

The cyclist reportedly collided with the woman as she was walking with a family member. The woman suffered serious head injuries, and was airlifted to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. She later died of her injuries.
Warwickshire Police say that the cyclist assisted at the scene until the air ambulance arrived, but then left without giving any details.
In addition to seeking the cyclist, police are also appealing for witnesses to the incident.
“Officers investigating the incident would like to speak to him and anyone else who was in Bush Heath Lane at the time and might have important information,” said a Warwickshire Police statement.
“Bush Heath Lane, which runs between Harbury and Bishops Itchington, is popular with walkers and cyclists so it is likely that there were other people around.”
