Sustainably produced bib shorts offer good performance but at a high price and a lack of finishing detail

Cycling Weekly Verdict

The MAAP Short Team Bib Evo is a mid-thigh length bib short with a compressive and supportive feel and an excellent low-bulk chamois. They’re made from breathable yet robust materials which are certified for sustainable materials and processes. Yet for the money there’s nothing that really stands out on the Evo and the shorts were let down by some poorly finished stitching which we wouldn’t expect at this price.
