Does Rad Power Bikes offer free shipping?
Sadly, no, Rad Power Bikes does not offer free shipping on its bike orders due to their bulky nature. How much you will pay varies depending on the bike and the delivery zip code.
Shipping to Alaska costs $400 per bike, and shipping to Hawaii costs $500 because they are not within the contiguous United States.
Rad Power Bikes does not deliver to Puerto Rico, U.S. Overseas Territories and International addresses
What is the warranty on a Rad Power Bike?
Rad Power Bikes offers a 2-year Limited Warranty on bikes, covering the frame and major components, including forks, brakes, rims, and lights.
The battery is also covered for 2 years or up to 300 recharge cycles, which adds up to roughly 6,000 miles of riding, during which time it is designed to retain at least 75% of its original capacity.
Certain high-wear parts, such as pedals, saddles, shifters, and derailleurs, are covered by a shorter 1-year Limited Warranty.
How long before a Rad Power Bikes battery needs replacing?
With proper care, storing it at moderate room temperatures, and avoiding leaving it completely drained, a Rad Power Bikes battery will last an average of 5 years, up to 7 years for just casual riders. Sadly, when the battery does degrade, Rad does not currently offer a battery cell replacement or rebuild service.
What is the Rad Power Bikes return policy?
Customers have 30 days from the day of delivery to return their order to Rad Power Bikes. To start a return, visit their "how to start a return" page and follow the instructions.
Returns are sadly not free, and the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
Unopened ebikes can be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a $149 return shipping fee, and opened ebikes with less than 20 miles of use can be returned for a $149 per-bike shipping fee, plus a 30% restocking fee.
