Does Velotric offer free shipping?
Yes. If you spend over $99 on an order being delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, your purchase automatically qualifies for Velotric's free standard shipping.
Because almost all of their electric bikes cost more than this, e-bikes almost always ship free. If your order is under $99, a $10 delivery fee applies.
What is the Velotric return policy?
Velotric offers a 14-day window from the date of delivery to start a return request with their customer service team. However, there are restocking fees:
Unused bikes: If the bike is in its original, unopened, or unridden condition, a $200 restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
Used bikes: If you have ridden the bike, a hefty restocking fee of 20% of your total order amount will apply.
Note: Velotric does not accept returns on standalone batteries, gift cards, or used accessories.
Do Velotric e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, Velotric provides a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects on their frames and components.
Velotric batteries are warrantied for up to 300 charging cycles, during which time they are designed to retain at least 75% of their original capacity
Can I stack Velotric coupon codes?
No. Velotric's checkout allows only one promo code per order. We recommend double-checking our list of coupons above to ensure you are using the code that provides the highest total discount for your cart.

You can also get extra points added to your balance by completing simple activities like joining their Facebook group or filling out rider surveys.
Velotric UC-Wide Discount Program
The Velotric UC-Wide Discount Program is an exclusive partnership designed to make commuting more affordable for anyone within the University of California system. If you are a student, faculty member, or staff member at a UC campus you can get a significant discount on your order.
Note: The discount applies to specific e-bike models tailored for campus cruising and commuting, rather than the entire Velotric catalog
Military, Teacher & Healthcare Discounts
If you're a military member, first responder, medical provider, teacher or student, you can verify your status to receive an instant $60 discount code.
However, the military, first responder, medical, and teacher discount is a bit hidden on Velotric's website, as they don't have a massive standalone landing page for it in the main navigation menu, as some other brands do.
Here is how you can find it:
1. Go to a specific E-Bike product page. You won't find the military/first responder discount on the homepage or in the main header menu. Instead, you have to click into the specific product page for the bike you want to buy, for example, the Nomad 2.
2. Look for the "Verify Discount" or "Exclusive Discounts" section: Scroll down to the total price. You will see a section It will say:
"Verify Discount. Medical Providers, First Responders, Students, and Teachers receive $60 off."
3. Click the verification button. Clicking that link will prompt a secure pop-up for VerifyPass or ID.me. Once you upload your military ID, badge, or hospital email, the system will instantly generate your unique $ 60-off promo code to paste into the checkout box.
Join the Insider List
Velotric has a Velo Insider Program for community leaders and e-bike enthusiasts. If your application is accepted, you will receive an exclusive discount code to share with friends and online communities. In return for sharing your honest riding experiences, Insiders can earn Amazon gift cards, free accessories, early access to prototype bikes, and a 10% annual birthday coupon.
How to use Velotric coupon codes

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
