Does Murf Electric Bikes have free shipping?
Sadly, no, because of the size and methods used to deliver bicycles safely, Murf doesn't offer free shipping. Instead, there is a flat fee of $99 to the 48 contiguous United States; shipping to Hawaii costs $300.
What is the Murf Electric Bike warranty?
Murf Electric Bikes offers a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, front fork, battery, and electrical components against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover water exposure/damage, normal wear and tear or exceeding the weight limit.
What is the Murf Electric Bikes returns policy?
If you wish to return your electric bike, it must have less than 10 miles on the odometer and be in like-new condition. The bike also must include all original packaging, manuals and accessories.
Returns are not free, and the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Where are Murf Electric Bikes made?
Murf Electric Bikes are designed in California but the actual manufacturing of the frames and electronic components takes place in China and are imported to the United States.
