Does Competitive Cyclist offer free shipping?
Yes! Competitive Cyclist offers free shipping on most orders over $69 within the 48 contiguous states. Bikes and large frames can only be delivered via freight so Hawaii and Alaska sadly are not included in the delivery list.
What is the Competitive Cyclist return policy?
New and unused orders can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Used gear must be returned within 30 days and can only be refunded as store credit. However, you're responsible for paying the $8.99 return fee.
Competitive Cyclist also allows returns of bikes in an undamaged condition. Contact the Competitive Cyclist Gearhead team for bike returns and prices.
Does Competitive Cyclist price match?
Yes, if you find an identical item in stock from an authorised online retailer, Competitive Cyclist will beat their price by 5%, while for bikes, they match the price rather than beat it.
If you bought something at full price at Competitive Cyclist and it goes on sale within 30 days, they will credit you the difference.
What is Summit Club?
Summit Club is Competitive Cyclist's free loyalty programme, offering redeemable reward points, free returns, member-exclusive prices and birthday coupon codes.
There are 3 tiers, Trailhead, Switchback and Summit, and you earn $5 for every 500 points you save.
What is Summit Club+?
