How do I make a Competitive Cyclist return?
You have up to 90 days from the delivery date to return any new and unused gear. If your product has been used, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your item although this can only be refunded as store credit. You can begin the return process by getting in touch with the Competitive Cyclist Gearheads (customer service) either by phone, live chat, or email. Please note that new and unused products must be returned in their original packaging with all manufacturer tags in place to be eligible for a full refund.
